How to publish an ad

1.  Register as a user
2. A verification email will be sent to your registration email, click on the link
3. Once registered, log in to My account

Fill in the user profile form, as it will be the contact where buyers will contact you.

3. Once the user profile has been filled in, go to upload an ad, since you are a new registered user, you have 10 free ads to              publish on Vippvi.com

Important

The images will be of good quality. Ads that contain logos, brands, personal information, as well as any information revealed by the entity will not be accepted.

If your ad has good image quality and aesthetic, and it is “very good ad", it will be rewarded as a featured ad and will be seen on the main pages with featured tag.

Once the announcement has been added, it will be reviewed by the administrators www.vippvi.com and is everything is correct it will be accepted on the platform.

1. Enter your control panel.

2. Press the “my ads" option.

3. And select Delete Ad.

If you feel that the ad  is breaking some rules, you can report it directly from ad page by clicking on the Report button and writing detail reason. Ad will remain active until administrator checks it out.

When an ad is cataloged as featured, it means that it will appear on the main page, as well as in the most relevant places on the platform. This will increase the chances of success, because you will get an exponential increase in visits, multiplying by 10 the chances of short-term success.

To save an ad click on the “Save as favorite" link that appears on the page of each property (and also in the list of properties).

To use this service, you need to register.

In order to retrieve phone number of the seller go to it's profile page or any of his ads and you will notice block with phone number.

If you wish to start messaging conversation with the seller first create an account. Once you have created your account navigate to any of his ads and you will notice button for sending message. List of you messages is available on your profile. There you have AJAX messaging system where you will be able to continue conversations.

Only live ads can be promoted.

In order to promote your ads, first you must address to your submitted ads and, from the action menu, select last option.

It will be open a list with of all available promotions as well as your currently active promotions for the particular ad.

List of available promotions are:

1. Bump Up Ad (this will update creation date while expire time remains and can be used only once per ad)

2. Highlight Ad (this will make your ad stand out from others in listing)

3. Top Ad (make your add in the first XX positions of listing as well as in it's regular listing position)

4. Urgent Ad (display Urgent ribbon on ad box )

5. Home Map Ad (have your ad appear on landing page )

With an exception of Bump Up promotion all of them can have multiple packages available.

Once you have selected promotion type and period, you can proceed to payment screen.

Once the payment is cleared, your promotion will be active.

Promotion starts from the time when payment is cleared and not from time the promotion is requested.

Your ad will be active for a period of 2 year. At the end of this period you can renew it periodically.

Ads will be added in English.

Once the user adds an ad in English, the automatic Google translation system translates into more than 20 languages.

In the event your ad has not been approved within 10 days, review upload errors:

• The images are not of good quality or contain texts or logos or do not correspond to the property etc …

• The images do not match the description of the ad.

• The description or title of the ad has errors. (spelling failure)

• The description of the property is too short. It is necessary to describe the property with 6 lines or more, in this way we will help buyers to have more information about the property.

• No property location available.

• The price of the property has a value less than 100,000 Euro.

• Your property is worth more than 10,000,000 euros. Properties with a value of more than 10,000,000 euros cannot be advertised for free, for this you must contract the corresponding package.

• The title or description of the ad is not written in English. (Important filling the “ad upload form” in English)

• You have not assigned the corresponding category to your property.

To try again, go to Your Ads and edit the ad correctly and press SAVE AD.

To put your ad for sale and rent at the same time, you will need to publish 2 ads.

To modify your ad details:

1. Enter your control panel.

2. Press the my ads option.

3. And select Edit Ad.

4. Once the ad is edited, it will be reviewed by www.vippvi.com administrators for acceptance.

www.vippvi.com offers you 3 different types of ads which you can select during ad posting.

Sale

Destined for properties for sale.

Destined for properties for swap or exchange.

Free: Once you create an account you will be able to submit 500 ads for free

For ads over 10 million: You will be able to submit up to 1 ads for an unlimited time

If you are a Private Advertiser, you recognize that the use of the free service for publication of listings is limited to the publication of a maximum of three properties (for sale, rent or exchange), so that you can test our service.

 You can keep these properties published during the ONE-YEAR period from the approval of the ad on vippvi.com.

 Free ads :

Ads for sale: properties with an amount of less than 10 million euros (€).

Ads for rent: properties with an amount less than 10,000 euros (€) per month.

If the amounts are higher than those mentioned, the ads will be paid.

Minimum price of properties for sale approximately is: 100,000 € EUR

There is no minimum rental price, as long as the sale value of the property has a minimum sale value of  100,000 € EUR.

There is no minimum Swap price, as long as the sale value of the property has a minimum sale value of  100,000 € EUR.

It will not be accepted, and will be automatically deleted from the system.

Confidential ads are those properties or investments that are out of the market and it is not allowed to disclose information.

Uploading confidential ads on the web platform www.vippvi.com is not allowed (only for authorized companies)
